According to our sources, the Chrysler Group is releasing a new Vehicle Order Tracking System (VOTS) web site on Monday (9/26). The new VOTS web site that will allow customers to track vehicle orders through production up to delivery to the dealer. This system will also notify the customer by phone or email if their vehicle is being delayed, and will even include the reason for the delay. Customers with cars currently on order will receive an email on Monday from Chrysler regarding this new system along with instructions to login.
WHAT: Vehicle Order Tracking System (VOTS) website engages customers with the production process by allowing users to login and track their vehicle as it progresses in assembly.
WHO: Access provided to U.S. retail sold order customers who have provided first name, last name and email address upon dealer order entry.
HOW: Customers contacted by email with 3 updates provided at various production stages:

2. Production Scheduled
